Carmel Syrup (my favorite)

I love breakfast! So, in my family we often make different kinds of syrups for our pancakes, and this one is my favorite.

1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
1 C cream or evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed)

Mix in a small sauce pan, and heat until sugar is dissolved, but be careful not to boil it, or it will curdle.
