My sister gave me a pint of homemade orange marmalade. No one in my family is that crazy about marmalade so I had to find a way to use it and came up with this. My family loves it.

Orange-Glazed Chicken

Per each boneless, skinless chicken breast top, in the order given, with:
1 tbsp orange marmalade
1/2 - 1 tsp minced garlic salt,
freshly ground black pepper to taste
oregano and basil to taste
5-6 pieces of thinly sliced onion
Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 40 minutes, depending on size of chicken pieces.

also:

Baked Apples

for each apple half top with:
1 tbsp orange marmalade
sprinkling of cinnamon
2-6 berries, raspberries, blueberries, etc
few chopped walnuts
drizzle tiny bit more marmalade over top of nuts (or may use agave nectar)
Bake at 350 degrees until done.
I serve them still slightly crunchy.

Cherry Pie

1 uncooked pie shell
31 can pie filling
1/2 - 1 c chopped walnuts (to taste)
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix pie filling, walnuts and chocolate chips together.
Pour into pie crust and bake according to crust recipe directions.

Also, when I make pancakes I add a handful of oatmeal, half cup cottage cheese, cinnamon and a little applesauce to the mix. If your kids are suspicious of the white spots in it, you can mash with a fork before adding to the mix.
